We are pleased to share that our recuperative care program, Golden State Recuperative Care, has become certified by The National Institute for Medical Respite Care, a special program of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council. This means that we have completed a rigorous process to demonstrate a high degree of fidelity to nationally recognized principles, standards, and expectations in the field of recuperative care.
Golden State Recuperative Care welcomes your referrals. Intake hours are Monday through Sunday 8am-10pm. Please review the admission guidelines below. If you need to request pickup, please complete the Transportation Request Form.
